- Eating out: Few guests choose to leave the gourmet retreat and eat out. However, there are a few restaurants about 15-minutes away in Enniskellen.

By enterprise, imagination and hard work, the Viscount & Viscountess have not only saved a landscape and a historic house, but have also created a home. They are personally involved with every aspect of the house including interior designs as well as all the outdoor activities.
The food, which is cooked by the Viscountess, is said to be some of the best in Northern Ireland.
